Whether you're looking for hunting land for that giant trophy buck, a fishing hole for a monster bass, or just land to enjoy the great outdoors, Buck Land Funding, a division of First Bankers Trust Company, N.A. is here to help. We're experts in swift, specialized underwriting and financing for the purchase of hunting land.
Lease vs. Loan – Make it your own.
We get it. You just want to be out there in the wilderness, not worrying about the financial side of things.
When you think about the hunting land or fishing property you use, it’s important to think about whether continuing to lease or financing your own land is a better option for you.
When you lease, you’re relying on someone else’s efforts to keep the land in pristine condition and you’re competing with other outdoorsman for the same land.
But if you’re looking for complete control over the hunting land, the freedom to come and go as you please, or the feeling that comes with making it YOUR land, then financing could be your best option.
Why Buck Land Funding?
We may be bankers and lenders during the off-season, but we’re firmly rooted in the whitetail country of the Midwest and in our stands on opening day. When you work with Buck Land Funding, you’ll find friendly experts who want to get you your property quick – it’s our mission.
PLUS you’ll get competitive interest rates, a variety of payment schedules, and flexible terms. All of these terms are dependent on credit score, purchase price and the value of the land.
